SEWER REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT
Broken, cracked, or corroded pipes are just some of the reasons that it’s time to repair your sewer line. Since 1935, Roto-Rooter Ventura has been providing excellent service and competitive pricing, and we are proud to serve our clients in the Calabasas area. Available to you 24 hours a day, we can swiftly and effectively handle all of your sewer repair needs, so that your pipes are up and running as soon as possible.
In the past, replacing or repairing a sewer pipe meant paying thousands of dollars for a plumbing company to dig up your landscape and through the floors in your home or business, but Roto-Rooter Ventura now offers a cleaner, less destructive, and cheaper option to clients in the Calabasas area.
Although we still offer traditional sewer repair methods, we have the technology and expertise to perform trenchless sewer repair. If trenchless repair appeals to you, we can fix or replace a sewer pipe without the digging and replacement pipe. Instead, we will renew your pipe with a patented lining process that utilizes pre-existing access points already in the home, to diagnose and remediate the sewer pipe.
Once the sewer pipe is engaged, our system involves inserting an epoxy resin that is root-resistant and anti-corrosive, and pulling it through the pipe, then inflating the resin until it molds to the inside rim of your existing pipe, and eventually hardens into a new pipe.
Our technology can be used to renew 2-to-12 inch pipes, made from orangeburg, PVC, clay, or cast iron, and reduces overall pipe size by just a ¼ of an inch, meaning output will remain unaffected and your pipes will once again run smoothly.
Is Trenchless Sewer Repair For Me?
Roto-Rooter Ventura will inspect your pipes via a small camera that is inserted into the pipeline through an existing access point. The camera will tell our plumbers what is causing the need for repair. After the issue is diagnosed, we will discuss your options with you.
Trenchless sewer repair is faster because it utilizes an existing pipeline. It is cheaper than traditional methods because it eliminates costly labor and takes several days at most to complete, while traditional methods can take weeks. Additionally, the trenchless option saves you money that would be spent on restoring your property. Finally, as mentioned, our epoxy liners are rust-resistant and won’t crack under the pressure of invasive tree roots. The liners can last up to 50 years and are environmentally friendly and non-hazardous.
